wow. I'm tired. ( I know , I know get in line) I fudged a bit a called into work tonight. ( cough, cough) And am very okay with just sitting at home. just the family. No more extras heads running a muck in my house for a couple days(yay!) Paul has been up to his eyeballs in homework and work and the stress is starting to get to him. I have been up to eyeballs in very small children and I wear that my eye is starting to twitch. So for the great good. I ditched work. and only feeling slightly guilty about it. even I just clean up the messes tonight BYMYSELF I will feel much better. I have been giving serious thought to quitting Target ( although I will seriously miss the discount) and start cutting hair again. they charge about 25-35 dollars a haircut!!!! I'm make'n less the $8.00 . I just need to learn to charge everyone. SO I have been toying with that Idea for awhile. And sound so great to me. But we'll see if I can actually get the cahonies when my friends ask for a hair cut just so I can say SURE... that will be $20 thanks!
Things I have realized about myself...
I have no cahonies.. none. I think I have moved into the position of a walking doormat!!!! When did that happen?
Here is my question... Is it better to be a beasty and not let ANYONE mess with you and somewhat intimadated by you........ or is better to be TOO NICE and accomidating so that eveyone takes advantage of you. And what is considered middle ground?
Seriously swear I wasn't always so accomadating. but who knows.
Changes& Challenges.....
So I decided to take the BOM challege and already glad that I did.. It has been awhile since I have opened the scriptures other then following along with sunday lesson. Aside from spiritual rejuvination. I find it very interesting read for the story aspect. ( the older I get the easier it is for me to follow the story) I am no longer finding it such a chore to do. who else is reading?
For my new years resolution I decided to give up Mt.Dew and caffine in general. And have done fabulously on it. ( turns out I still have a good sense of determination in me!) No one thought I could do it. considering I had all but a mt.dew Iv. in me.!!! But my stubborn pride had to prove them otherwise. ( no has learned yet that you don't tell a buys that can't do something....) So yay for me.... if only the lbs would just shed off. ( I am not taking the BRYCE challenge you know!)
alright until my next ramblings . . . . . . . . . . .

Yeah! Your blogging!!! Now we can really keep in touch!!! I'm so excited! Your kids are getting so big. I laughed pretty hard at Jameson getting into trouble! That is going to be Simon in a couple more years! How can you possibly be mad after that letter he forged! :) So funny!
Queenie & GPa love your blogging & especially the photos. Now to figure out how we do the blog stuff with pictures...looking forward to seeing you next month. Couldn't believe how grownup Jameson has become. In my mind I still see him about 3 years old - detention, huh? Print out those blogs & preserve those memories. Ethan is still "Little G" & Zoey is a link back to those island girls in the family tree. So pleased to be able to see you all.
See you at Ohare Airport next month.xoxoxoxQueenie & GPa
