Well. this week was somewhat uneventfull. We have somehow missed out on most of the sickness that is running a muck here. ( knock on wook) My friends kids has had mono. walking pnemonia. pukies. hmm just about everything. and we have manged to avoid it here. which is crazy considering I watch her kids all the time. She as kind enough to not bring them over the last couple days when the kids were super sick.( thank you katie. love your kids hate the sickies.) Of course Friday we were to have some friends over and lo and behold Ethan had started complaining of his tummy hurting and was running a temp. I thought we were going to be puke'n so I call and cancled. he slept it off for an hour and woke up wanting food and running around. ( what is that!) SO Paul and I order in . and made a mini family night. with some treats & movies. We watched Pirates of the carribean, worlds end. IT was retarded. Did not like it even a little bit. worst one ever. very dissapointing. save 2 hours of your life and skip this one. Game Day. ( disney movie with the Rock)This one was actually kind of cute. the kids loved it. IT was nice to hang our with just the family we don't get to do this as often as I would like. Altho' I was dissapointed that we couldn't get together with our new friends. We will definetly try agian!
So melissa was kind enough to send me some fun stuff to put in my blog ( scrap booking stuff etc. and some HTML re write.)I'm excited to play with that . altho' I am glad I have Paul here to help me thru it. I seriously am retarded when it comes to computers lingo and downloads.
Paul is leaving me for a couple days this week for a buisness trip in cleavland. this pretty much sucks. It also means I have to re catch up on my laundry and get him packed tonight. ( BLAH!) He is working so hard in his masters program. But I think this combo is about to kill him. He is sooo busy and so overwhelmed. I feel quite bad for the guy. But he is plug'n thru! Hang in there baby!
Have to hunkerdown on Jameson in his math and do extra work. he is slipp'n. So on goes the challenge of school. He is so bright. so hopefully we can work out a few things and do better.( school is frusterating even for the parents!)
